Aerial Pilates 5 Week Course - Starts May 20th & May 22nd

You’ve heard of Aerial Yoga, you’ve heard of Pilates but what about Aerial Pilates?
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already practice Pilates, Aerial Yoga or Aerial Pilates, this course is suitable for anyone who would like to try this unique fusion between Aerial and Pilates. Each week we will delve further into our Pilates practice improving strength and flexibility as we become more creative with the hammock. Expect to feel the Pilates burn as we learn to focus on using the fundamentals of Pilates to develop our elevated practice further!
Each session will include 45 minutes of Pilates exercises using the hammocks an followed by an optional 15 minute relaxation inside the cosy hammock cocoons. Perfect pairing for your body and mind!
Beginners are advised to book the full course starting at week 1. If you already have experience in aerial yoga or aerial Pilates, you are welcome to book single sessions on this course.
