About Rebecca

Rebecca has over 20 years of teaching experience in her previous roles as a primary school teacher and subsequently teacher trainer. She only discovered yoga in her thirties and after realising what she'd been missing all those years, has since practiced daily! Rebecca found the physical practice of yoga difficult to begin with as she had not previously done any mobility based sports and, like most people, she wasn't very flexible. It didn't take long, however, to realise that having a bendy body is not what yoga is about - luckily!

Her practice is continually evolving to meet the needs of the present moment, whatever that may be. She has come to accept the limitations of her own body and embrace and celebrate whatever does or doesn't happen each day - both on and off the mat. Her pranayama and meditation practices help to keep this clarity and a little bit of calm in the chaos of family life!

As a teacher she believes in keeping her classes simple and accessible so as many people as possible can also experience the benefits, and joy, of a regular yoga practice.

About Karen

Karen has over 25 years of teaching experience in her previous role as a primary school teacher and as a university tutor and lecturer training the next generation of primary school teachers.

Exercise has always been an important part of Karen’s life, from competing and representing the county in trampolining in her youth to triathlons and long distance cycle events during her adult years. Karen has practiced yoga at various times in her life; more recently yoga has become a way of life using regular home and class based practices to keep her supple, maintain muscle tone and to find balance and mental stability in her hectic lifestyle.

Karen would like to use her life’s’ experiences and yoga training to nurture and bring a sense of community through yoga flow classes and workshops.

Her Vinyasa flows connect postures or asanas (physical movements and poses) through pranayama (breathing techniques) for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes energise, build stamina, flexibility and strength as well as calming through meditation to balance the mind.

Her Prenatal classes use relaxation with pranayama (breathing techniques) and asana (physical movements and poses) to help strengthening the body, relieve common pregnancy and postpartum ailments and to promote mental and physical well-being and balance at this very special time of our lives.

Her Mum and Baby classes offer a lovely combination of specialised postpartum yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements for baby. Designed for new mums to bring the body gently back to alignment, recovering strength and tone in a safe way. It is calming and relaxing for babies, helping their reflexes develop and improving awareness of their surroundings whilst bonding with each other.

About Danielle

Danielle is a Mum to two children, two cats and a golden retriever called Allegro :)

After graduating university, she spent several years working in Florida and New York as an event planner and returned to the UK in 2009. After having her first child, she re-trained as a breastfeeding counsellor with the La Leche League and went on to become a qualified pre and postnatal doula in 2013. She worked within the Volunteer Doula and Breastfeeding Peer Support projects in Hull training volunteers to support vulnerable women across Hull.

Then after the birth of her son in 2015, she qualified as a perinatal educator and taught antenatal classes, active birth workshops, baby massage and baby yoga courses for the past four years.

Meditation became an important part of Danielle’s life  during a difficult period with anxiety and depression and it took a little time but recognising when she needed to prioritise her own wellbeing - whether that's going for a walk or eating better, or getting more sleep and upon discovering meditation, she realised how accessible it can be for all, no prior experience necessary and how vital a dedicated space to reconnect to who you really are beneath the layers of what society tells you to be is needed!

Danielle describes herself as ‘Always a Mama but also walking alongside you as a Rahanni Celestial Healer, Moonologer & Angel Guide’.

About Kat

After hitting the floor completely burnt out, nothing left in the tank and not really any inner ability to remember what life was like feeling joy and calm, my head had no space left for kind thoughts, just the weight of intrepid worry over everything...

I found Reiki and Sound Healing, these tools and this work and the decisions for change began.

I quit the big safe secure job, took the massive aligned action, found and followed the kind words and I’m now living a life I once never thought possible where I get to choose and ...

I have never felt more like me.

Incredible connections and beyond exciting opportunities come though again and again because I trusted my inner guidance, believed that I can live my most expansive life and followed through with action and purpose.

I guide my clients by sharing all of the magical tools that brought me back to me...

We’re all meant for amazing things... and yes, that’s you too...

 Let’s begin...
