Aerial Pilates 5 Week Course - Starts April 8th

Book your place onto this exciting new course of Aerial Pilates at The Yoga Barn! Starting on 8th April, we will delve further into our Pilates practice improving strength and flexibility as we become more creative with the hammock. Expect to feel the Pilates burn as we learn to focus on using the fundamentals of Pilates to develop our elevated practice further!

Each session will include 45 minutes of Pilates exercises using the hammocks an followed by an optional 15 minute relaxation inside the cosy hammock cocoons. Perfect pairing for your body and mind!

You are advised to have attended an Aerial Pilates Taster Workshop prior to the 5-week course. Get in touch if you have any questions about suitability or can't make the taster.
