Sooth, restore, and relax deeply in this blissful pre-Christmas workshop. As the days grow shorter and the festive season approaches, take a peaceful pause to recharge before the pace picks up.
We’ll begin with a guided floating meditation as you rest in the snug cocoon of a silk hammock, suspended just above the floor. The gentle support of the silk allows your body to soften and release into deep rest. This ancient practice, Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep), guides you into a state of conscious relaxation where both body and mind can fully let go—no experience needed, just come as you are.
You’ll then remain in your hammock for a soothing gong sound bath, led by Sarah of The Gong Space (Lincolnshire). The deep, resonant tones of three large gongs will wash over you, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and reset your nervous system—leaving you ready to step into the festive season feeling balanced and refreshed.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to enjoy the weeks ahead with clarity and ease.
