SNUG! Floating Nidra & Gong Bath 27th September

Saturday 27th September 10am -11.30am £25

Sooth, restore and relax deeply in this blissful workshop

As the autumn equinox earlier this week marks the balance of light and dark, SNUG offers the perfect moment to pause, unwind, and recharge. With the seasons shifting and the days gently drawing in, this is your invitation to rest, restore, and embrace the cosy calm of The Yoga Barn.

The morning will begin with a guided floating meditation as you lie cocooned inside silk hammocks suspended approximately 40cm from the floor. The silk hammocks offer gentle support, allowing the body to soften and surrender into deep rest. This ancient practice, known as Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep), invites profound relaxation. No experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to let go. Yoga Nidra can lead us into a state of conscious sleep where the body and mind deeply relax.

Following this grounding meditation, you’ll remain nestled in your hammocks and be immersed in a soothing sound bath of gong vibrations. Led by Sarah of The Gong Space (Lincolnshire), this 60-minute session features a full sound immersion with three large gongs. This floating sound bath is a powerful yet nurturing way to deeply reset the nervous system and restore balance to your energetic body.

You’ll leave feeling calm, centred, and ready to step into autumn with a renewed sense of clarity, warmth, and ease.
