This gentle evening practice offers a chance to pause, reset, and flow with the natural cycles of the year - supporting your body and mind through transition.
Unwind and restore with a deeply grounding aerial yoga experience using low hammocks, blankets, and eye masks to help you release tension and prepare for restful sleep. The class blends slow, mindful movement with calming breathwork, soothing stretches, and reflective meditation. You’ll leave feeling centered, restored, and ready for a peaceful night’s rest. Perfect for all levels, it’s your midweek reset and a beautiful way to end the day.
Beginners welcome. There are no inversions in this class.
