Slow down and settle in. This deeply restful class is designed to take you on an inner journey — a quiet exploration of stillness and release. Using gentle supported postures, breathwork, and mindfulness, we’ll build gentle strength and create space in the first half of the class ready to let go of tension and reconnect with your inner compass in the second. Ideal for all levels, especially those in need of rest and reflection.
Beginners welcome. There are no inversions in this class.
