Low Fly Zone - Starts 26th March
Wednesdays 7.30pm
Combining mat work and the assistance of the hammock at low height - we will work to gently challenge and strengthen - as well as increase mobility in tired bodies. Expect a friendly light-hearted class with no inversions and of course, a relaxing floating savasana at the end of each week. Get ready to feel lighter in body and spirit. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
