Join us for an empowering Splits Workshop designed to help you safely and effectively work toward your front and middle splits. Whether you're a beginner or already close to the ground, you'll collect tools to motivate your practice.
Through a combination of deep stretching using the aerial hammocks, alignment-focused techniques, and targeted strength-building exercises, you'll gain flexibility in your hamstrings, hip flexors, and inner thighs while learning how to protect your joints and reduce the risk of injury. We’ll also incorporate breathwork and mindfulness to help you stay centered and relaxed throughout the process.
